Job Responsibilities:
As a Telesales Representative at PropelLeap, your primary role will be to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value of our digital marketing services. Key responsibilities include:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing PropelLeap’s services and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through research, data analysis, and effective communication.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of PropelLeap’s services and articulate the benefits to potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with leads to understand their business goals and position PropelLeap as a valuable partner.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of each prospect, emphasizing the unique value propositions of PropelLeap.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls.
Salary: 6 LPA CTC + Incentives
